Useful information for healthy teeth and gums

If you have an urgent dental problem during surgery hours please telephone the surgery and we will arrange to see you as soon as possible.
If you require urgent treatment or advice outside surgery hours please telephone:

• For serious dental emergencies patients are advised to contact their nearest A & E department

Patients having implant surgery should contact their surgeon directly using the telephone number given on their post-operative instruction sheet.

Our practice has ground floor facilities which are suitable for disabled patients including those in wheelchairs.

On street parking is available in Shrubbery Avenue and nearby streets. Please allow plenty of time as spaces can be limited at busy times.

If you are not able to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice or missed appointments may be charged for. Repeated failed appointments or cancellations at short notice may result in us being unable to offer you further care.

Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken seriously and all information about our patients is treated in the strictest confidence in accordance with our practice policy.
